Roger notes that a lot of packages seem to be absent from the FTP DVD compared with the boxed DVD - the image size if less than half that of the boxed copy. Boo! Anyone who would like to donate me a boxed copy of 9.2 (upgrade edition is fine - save the trees!) would make me very grateful.
