Liz came round tonight, and brought a bottle of sloe gin, man that stuff is nice, and this was home-made, not off-the-shelf.

The OOo snapshots do indeed work, but they don't like M$ W0rd documents that were created in AbiWord. Seems that's because Abi actually creates RTF files with a .doc file extension. When I rename it to filename.rtf, OOo can open it fine. Will take a look at OOo's bugzilla tomorrow, to see if that's already been filed.
