To mark this occasion, the BBC has compiled a list of the best Bushisms – the ways in which the outgoing moron president has got his tongue in a twist. They range from the simply funny (“at the whim of a hat”Wink to the startlingly insightful (“You know, one of the hardest parts of my job is to connect Iraq to the war on terror.” – we all know there was no connection until Bush created it).
